Ingredients:
  • 6 oranges
  • 400g purple seedless grapes, washed
  • 20.00 ml shredded fresh mint
  • 1 200g carton honey-flavoured yoghurt
Instructions:
  • Juice one orange and pour it into a medium bowl. Peel the rind from the rest of the oranges using a small, sharp knife, making sure to remove any white pith. Carefully slice out the orange segments by cutting next to the white membranes.
  • Combine orange segments, grapes, and mint with the orange juice, mix well, and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to enhance the flavors.
  • Plate the salad in individual serving bowls and accompany each with a dollop of yogurt.
