Create a vibrant mixed green salad with grapes, walnuts, and creamy blue cheese dressing for a delicious and effortless burst of flavors. Experiment with different textures and colors to make a stunning and tasty dish!
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup walnut halves and pieces
  • 10 cups mixed greens such as endive, radicchio, baby kale, romaine or lettuces of your choice
  • 1 cup halved red grapes
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup blue cheese dressing or (to taste)
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. 2. Spread the walnuts on a baking sheet. 3. Toast the walnuts for 8 to 10 minutes until fragrant and golden. 4. Remove and allow to cool as you prepare the salad.
  • Prepare the salad: Tear the greens into bite-size pieces, wash, and spin them dry if needed. Combine with grapes in a salad bowl, drizzle with dressing, toss well, sprinkle with walnuts, and serve.
