Create a festive charcuterie Christmas tree with your choice of cheese, crackers, meats, nuts, and fruits. The soft and creamy cranberry cheese adds a perfect touch of holiday flavor. Wow your guests with this show-stopping starter!
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 150g pkt Wensleydale Cheese with Cranberry
  • 4 All Butter Gouda & Edam Seeded Straw Crackers
  • 12 Sunbites Cheddar & Chives crackers
  • 7-8 slices salami, folded in half
  • 5-6 slices ham, folded into quarters
  • 130g (1 cup) green pitted olives
  • 82.50 ml (about 11) dried apricots
  • 100g fresh blueberries
  • 8 baby cornichons (baby pickled cucumbers)
  • 125g punnet fresh raspberries
  • 2 baby cucumbers (qukes), thinly sliced
  • 45g (1/4 cup) Honey Cashews
  • 25g pkt Ritz mini crackers
  • 4 green grapes, halved
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, to decorate
  • 1 star pretzel
Instructions:
  • Cut the cheese block diagonally into quarters to make 4 triangles. Stand each quarter upright and slice into 3 pieces. Cube the remaining cheese block.
  • Arrange the straw crackers in a line along the center of a 70cm long chopping or pizza board. Fan out half of the triangle cheese pieces in the middle. Place the cheese and chive crackers on each side of the straw crackers, slightly overlapping, to form the base of the tree.
  • Fan out the remaining triangle cheese pieces in the opposite direction. Arrange the salami, ham, olives, apricots, blueberries, cornichons, raspberries, cucumber, cheese cubes, cashews, mini crackers, and grapes in a tree shape following the picture as a guide. Decorate with rosemary sprigs and top with a star pretzel. Refer to our step-by-step video for guidance on making our Grazing charcu-tree board recipe.
