Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 link pork sausage
  • 1 frozen hash brown patty
  • 2 thick slices bacon
  • 1 tomato, cut in half
  • 4 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice white bread
  • 1 teaspoon butter, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Start by heating oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and hash browns, frying until browned on one side, about 5 minutes. Then, flip them over and add tomato, bacon, and mushrooms. This ensures that you cook the ingredients that take the longest first.
  • Once the tomato, bacon, and mushrooms are nearly cooked, delicately break the egg into the middle and let it cook. Consider drizzling a touch more oil to achieve crispy edges. Toast the bread slice as the egg cooks and apply butter to it. Present all components on a plate with the toast placed alongside.
