Delightful blend of cherries, coriander, sugar, ricotta, and feta on flatbread. Sweet meets savory in each bite.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups cherries, pitted and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 4 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together chopped cherries with their juices, ricotta cheese, feta cheese, coriander, sugar, and lemon juice. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
