Indulge in homemade Greek yogurt ranch dressing with buttermilk and herbs for a rich and creamy upgrade from store-bought varieties.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 teaspoons vinegar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup milk, or as needed
  • 5 fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground paprika
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions:
  • Combine vinegar and milk in a 1-cup measure. Allow it to sit for 5 to 10 minutes until sour and curdled.
  • In a small bowl, mix chives, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, pepper, paprika, and salt. Stir in yogurt until smooth.
  • Gradually blend the sour milk into the dressing to achieve a smoother consistency.
