Greek-style lamb wraps

After lamb is cooked, let kids assemble and wrap tortillas for a fun and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 500g lamb fillets
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 150g (2/3 cup) bought tzatziki
  • 100g Complete Greek Salad
Instructions:
  • Heat up the barbecue flat plate or chargrill on medium-high heat. Brush oil over the lamb and generously season with salt and pepper.
  • Adjust the heat to medium and sear the lamb for 3-4 minutes on each side until it reaches your desired doneness. Place it on a plate, cover it loosely with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
  • Lay out tortillas. Spread each with 1 tablespoon of tzatziki. Top with salad and lamb, then drizzle with remaining tzatziki.
  • Gently tuck in the sides and roll up tightly to seal in the delicious filling.
