  • 82.50 ml chopped fresh continental parsley
  • 350g green beans, topped
Instructions:
  • Zest the lemon using a zester or vegetable peeler, being careful to avoid the white pith. Cut the zest into very thin strips.
  • Combine fresh lemon zest, high-quality olive oil, and chopped parsley in a medium bowl. Season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper for a burst of flavor.
  • Blanch the beans in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 2 minutes until vibrant green and al dente. Drain and mix with parsley, ensuring they are well coated. Serve promptly.
