  • 50g butter
  • 50g flour
  • 515.00 gm milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 250.00 ml parsley leaves, roughly chopped
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the flour. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until lightly golden.
  • Pour the milk into the pot and bring it to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Season to taste, then fold in the fresh parsley.
