Wholesome green smoothie with avocado, banana, spinach, and kiwi for a vibrant breakfast boost.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 firm ripe avocado
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
  • Large handful baby spinach leaves
  • 310ml (1 1/4 cups) low fat milk (cow, soy, almond, rice or coconut)
  • 0.63 gm ground cinnamon
  • 14.40 gm honey
  • 125.00 ml ice cubes
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved. Pour the mixture evenly into 2 glasses and serve right away. Optional: Boost with a tablespoon of protein powder for sustained energy.
