Whip up a quick, aromatic green chicken curry for a delicious weeknight dinner in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
460g Green Curry Meal Kit
18.40 gm vegetable oil
250g chicken breast fillet, sliced
125.00 ml broccoli florets
6green beans, sliced
1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
1/4 red capsicum, sliced
Bean sprouts, to serve, optional
Slicedfresh long red chilli, to serve, optional
82.50 ml coriander leaves, to serve, optional
Lime wedges, to serve, optional
Instructions:
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
In a large deep frying pan over medium heat, sizzle curry paste in hot oil for 1 minute until aromatic. Introduce chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in coconut milk and vegetables, cook for 5 minutes while stirring.
Ladle the flavorful curry and rice into bowls, then top with bean sprouts, spicy chili, fresh coriander, and a squeeze of zesty lime wedges. Enjoy this vibrant and aromatic dish!
