Impress with tender lamb meatballs in green curry sauce over rice - quick and easy!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 pound ground lamb
  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs
  • steak seasoning to taste
  • 1 (10 ounce) can coconut milk
  • 1.5 tablespoons green curry paste
Instructions:
  • Combine ground lamb, bread crumbs, and steak seasoning in a bowl until fully incorporated. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Sear the meatballs in a greased skillet over medium-high heat until slightly charred and crisp, approximately 5 minutes. Transfer the meatballs from the skillet and set them aside.
  • Add the curry paste to the hot skillet and sauté for a minute. Pour in the entire can of coconut milk, reduce the heat, and simmer the mixture, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve the meatballs and curry sauce over rice.
