Versatile green salad dressing doubles as a delectable sauce for seafood and poultry. Perfect with fried shrimp and seared scallops. Customize with the included variation.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 8 anchovy fillets, finely chopped*
  • 3 tablespoons tarragon or wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, ensuring they are thoroughly mixed. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
