Try spooky green chocolate bark topped with creepy crawlers for a frightfully fun dessert!
Ingredients:
  • 180g block white chocolate, chopped
  • Yellow, purple and green food colouring gels
  • 1/2 x 150g packet Brite Crawlers lollies
  • 12 candy eyes
  • 82.50 ml Smarties, roughly chopped (see notes)
  • 20.00 ml rainbow Nerds
Instructions:
  • Take a sheet of baking paper and, using a pencil, outline a 20cm x 30cm rectangle. Place the marked side facing down on a large tray.
  • Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and melt it in the microwave on MEDIUM (50%) power for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through. Divide the melted chocolate into 3 portions: 1 tablespoon each in 2 separate bowls and the rest in another bowl. Color one portion yellow, one portion purple, and the remaining portion lime-green using food coloring.
  • Spread lime-green chocolate on the marked rectangle and drizzle with yellow and purple chocolate. Use a skewer to create a marbled effect through the chocolate.
  • Place the gummy worms and candy eyes on top of the chocolate bark. Sprinkle with Smarties and Nerds. Let it rest for 20 minutes to harden. Break into bite-sized pieces, then serve.
