Try this irresistible green olive and smoked almond tapenade for the perfect spread on crusty bread.
Ingredients:
  • 120g olive
  • 40g almond
  • 62.50 ml basil leaves
  • 62.50 ml mint leaves
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 2 anchovy fillets, coarsely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 20.00 ml drained baby capers
  • Extra virgin olive oil, extra
Instructions:
  • Blend olives, almonds, basil, mint, oil, lemon juice, anchovy, garlic, and capers in a food processor until nearly smooth. Transfer mixture to a jar.
  • Cover the surface with a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
