30 Minute Sea Bass with Gremolata Topping - Quick and Delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup Italian-style dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Grated peel of 1 lemon (1 1/2 to 3 teaspoons)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 pound sea bass, mahi mahi or other medium-firm fish fillets
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a 13x9x2 inch rectangular pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Combine bread crumbs, parsley, lemon peel, and butter.
  • Cut the fish into 4 pieces for serving. Arrange the fish in a pan and season with seasoned salt. Drizzle lemon juice over the fish and top each piece with the crumb mixture, pressing lightly.
  • Bake the fish without a cover for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it easily flakes with a fork.
