Juicy grilled chicken thighs with a flavorful buttermilk coating - a crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 4 pounds boneless chicken thighs
Instructions:
  • Combine buttermilk, hot sauce, salt, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, pepper, and sugar in a bowl and whisk until the salt is fully dissolved.
  • Add the chicken to a large stockpot and generously coat each thigh with the buttermilk mixture until well coated.
  • Seal chicken in a bag, removing air. Refrigerate and marinate for 2 hours to overnight.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat and brush the grate lightly with oil. Grill the chicken, turning occasionally, until grill marks form, for about 5 minutes on each side.
