Grilled Cajun corn bursts with sweet, juicy flavors and a touch of smokiness.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 or 3 drops red pepper sauce
  • 6 ears corn with husks
Instructions:
  • Prepare your grill by heating coals or turning on the gas for direct heat. Combine butter, Cajun seasoning, and pepper sauce together. Set aside 1 tablespoon of the butter mixture for later use.
  • Gently peel back corn husks and remove silk. Brush corn generously with butter mixture, then fold husks back over ears and secure with a piece of husk or string.
  • Grill corn over medium heat, 4 to 6 inches away from the heat source, for 20 to 26 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender. Remove husks and brush corn with 1 tablespoon of reserved butter.
