Grilled fish fillets with zesty pesto sauce, cooked to perfection with minimal oil. Delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 2 white fish fillets (200 g each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • pepper & salt
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the Philips Airfryer to 180C.
  • Coat the fish fillets with oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Transfer them to the Airfryer's basket and cook for 8 minutes.
  • Combine fresh basil leaves, garlic, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil in a food processor or pestle and mortar. Process or grind until a sauce forms. Season with salt to taste.
  • Arrange the fish fillets on a platter and generously drizzle them with the flavorsome pesto sauce before serving.
