Mouthwatering Mediterranean beef with olives, feta, and spinach.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 lb boneless beef top sirloin, cut into 2 pieces
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 cup lightly packed chopped fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (1 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ripe olives
Instructions:
  • Prepare the grill by heating it with gas or charcoal. Gently rub garlic onto both sides of each piece of beef, then season with lemon-pepper for a delicious touch.
  • Grill the beef uncovered over medium heat for 9 to 11 minutes, flipping it once, until it reaches your preferred level of doneness.
  • In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and then spoon the mixture over the beef.
