Spicy Sriracha hot wings-inspired chicken, marinated with paprika, habanero peppers, and butter.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (6 ounce) chicken breasts
  • 0.5 (17 ounce) bottle sriracha sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons grated habanero peppers, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 dash ground paprika
  • 1 dash ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • In a resealable container, mix chicken with sriracha sauce, habanero peppers, butter, paprika, and black pepper. Refrigerate and marinate for 4 to 5 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to high heat and brush the grate lightly with oil. Place a sheet of aluminum foil with slits cut into it over the grill.
  • Grill the marinated chicken on aluminum foil until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Ensure it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
