Spice up your dinner with a quick and easy curry recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 170g pkt South Indian Curry with Roasted Spices Flavour Base
  • 130g (1/2 cup) natural yoghurt
  • 12 (about 780g) lamb cutlets
  • Steamed vegetables or mixed salad leaves, to serve
  • Cooked pappadums, to serve
  • Mango chutney, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix the flavor base and yogurt in a bowl. Add lamb cutlets and toss gently until well coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour to enhance flavors.
  • Preheat a sizzling chargrill pan until hot. Cook the lamb for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Place the lamb on a plate, cover with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Arrange the lamb cutlets on plates. Serve promptly with steamed veggies or mixed greens, along with pappadums and chutney, if desired.
