Flavorful garlic and rosemary marinated leg of lamb steaks grilled to perfection in just ten minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 4 bone-in lamb steaks
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 4 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Arrange the lamb steaks in a shallow dish in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper, ensuring both sides are coated. Cover and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Prepare your outdoor grill by preheating it to high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Grill steaks until beautifully browned outside and slightly pink inside, about 5 minutes per side for medium doneness. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the center reaches at least 140°F (60°C).
