Grilled shrimp and scallops with pesto for a quick and flavorful dish in just 25 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb uncooked peeled deveined large shrimp, thawed if frozen and tails peeled
  • 1 lb uncooked sea scallops
  • 1/4 cup refrigerated basil pesto (from 7-oz container)
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
Instructions:
  • Prepare your grill with hot coals or set your gas grill for direct heat. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer the seafood mixture into a grill basket or a grill "wok".
  • Grill the seafood mixture covered over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes. Shake the basket or stir occasionally until the shrimp turn pink and firm, and the scallops are white.
