Grilled Paprika Chicken Dinner Foil Packs

Grilled chicken and veggies smothered in savory gravy for a comforting and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 lb)
  • 2 cups quartered small red potatoes (4 or 5 potatoes)
  • 1 1/2 cups baby-cut carrots, cut lengthwise in half
  • 1 cup frozen cut green beans (from 12 oz bag)
  • 1 cup chicken gravy (from 12-oz jar)
  • 2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Preheat grill for direct heat. Cut 4 large pieces of heavy-duty foil. Arrange chicken breast on each foil piece. Add potatoes, carrots, and frozen green beans. Combine gravy and flour in a bowl, then pour over chicken and veggies. Sprinkle with paprika and thyme.
  • Wrap the foil tightly around the chicken and veggies, leaving room for circulation and expansion.
  • Grill the covered packets over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes, making sure to rotate them halfway through. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the vegetables are tender. Serve the packets on plates, cut a large X on the top of each packet, fold back the foil, and sprinkle with parsley.
