Indulge in quick and tasty grilled peach pork loin chops for a mouthwatering dinner ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 3 large ripe peaches, peeled
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 bone-in pork loin chops, about 3/4 inch thick (6 oz each), trimmed of fat
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Halve 2 peaches and set aside. Roughly chop the remaining peach. Blend the chopped peach with barbecue sauce, vinegar, and honey until smooth. Set aside 1/2 cup of the sauce for serving.
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brush grill rack with oil. Grill pork over medium-high heat and coat with 1/4 cup sauce. Cover and cook for 4 minutes. Flip pork chops, brush with another 1/4 cup of sauce. Grill peaches cut-side down alongside the pork. Cover and cook for another 4 minutes or until pork reaches 145°F and peaches are tender.
  • Take the pork and peaches off the grill. Cut each peach half into 3 wedges. Serve the pork and peach wedges with the sauce you set aside.
