Create a delightful dessert in under 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 200g container Light French Vanilla Fruche
  • 125g (1/2 cup) sour light cream
  • 40.00 gm dark brown sugar
  • 3 slipstone peaches, halved, stones removed
  • 3 slipstone nectarines, halved, stones removed
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 20.00 ml dark rum
  • 1.25 gm ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, mix together honey, rum, and cinnamon to create the glaze.
  • Mix Fruche and sour cream in a small bowl. Transfer to a shallow serving bowl, then spread evenly. Sprinkle sugar on top and let sit for 40 minutes until sugar dissolves.
  • Preheat a barbecue grill to medium heat. Brush the rounded sides of the peaches and nectarines with the glaze. Place them cut-side up on the grill. Grill for 2 minutes on each side, brushing with more glaze until golden. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with the remaining glaze.
  • Enjoy the peaches and nectarines warm or at room temperature alongside the Fruche mixture.
