Grilled strawberries with white chocolate cream

Irresistible strawberries and cream that outshines Wimbledon's famous version.
Ingredients:
  • 150g white chocolate, chopped
  • 250ml (1 cup) thickened cream
  • 2 x 250g punnets strawberries, washed, hulled
Instructions:
  • Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring with a metal spoon until smooth. Let it cool.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk the cream with an electric beater until soft peaks form. Add the chocolate and gently fold with a large metal spoon until well combined.
  • Preheat the barbecue grill to medium-high heat. Skewer the strawberries and grill, flipping occasionally, until softened, about 4-5 minutes. Enjoy with the white chocolate cream.
