Juicy, sweet, and smoky grilled tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper make the perfect summer side.
Ingredients:
  • 8 tomatoes, halved lengthwise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced, or to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Heat up your grill on medium-high heat and give the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Coat the cut-sides of tomatoes with a luxurious drizzle of olive oil, then generously sprinkle garlic, salt, and black pepper for a burst of flavor.
  • Grill tomatoes cut-sides up until they sizzle and show blackened grill marks, about 4 minutes. Flip and grill until garlic turns golden brown, about 3 more minutes.
