Delicious gluten-free pizza ready for your favorite toppings!
Ingredients:
  • Olive oil, to grease
  • 1 375g pkt gluten-free, wheat-free bread mix
  • 250ml (1 cup) water
  • 1 egg
  • 1140g carton pizza sauce
  • 100g (1 cup) coarsely grated light mozzarella
  • 1 x 100g pkt fat-free fine sliced leg ham
  • 1 400g can artichoke hearts, drained, quartered
  • 1 bunch rocket, washed, dried, torn
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 220°C and grease a 23 x 29cm slab pan with oil.
  • Mix the bread mix, water, and egg together according to packet instructions. Spread the bread mixture evenly over the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake in a preheated oven, uncovered, for approximately 10 minutes or until lightly browned and fully cooked.
  • Evenly coat the pizza base with pizza sauce. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella on top. Arrange ham and artichokes, then sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the mozzarella melts. Finish it off with some fresh rocket and serve immediately.
