Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 300ml cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 125.00 ml ham, diced
  • 125.00 ml spring onions, chopped
  • 250.00 ml spinach, finely chopped
  • 250.00 ml tasty cheese, grated
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  • Coat quiche dish with olive oil, then gently place both pastry slices into the dish and trim any extra dough.
  • Whisk eggs and mix in cream and seasonings. Fold in ham, onions, spinach, and half of the cheese. Transfer mixture to quiche dish and top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake until cheese is golden brown, usually around 25 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
