Delicious Cheddar cheese and ham pasta with pimento and parsley can be ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 6 ounces spaghetti
  • 3 quarts water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimento peppers
Instructions:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook spaghetti until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain well.
  • As the pasta cooks, gently melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Add onion and sauté until soft and translucent, for about 5 minutes.
  • Combine cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup water, and shredded cheese in a pan. Heat gently until the cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
  • Combine the ham, cooked pasta, chopped pimento, and chopped parsley in a saucepan. Stir well and heat until warmed through. Serve and enjoy!
