Chicken and Ham Tetrazzini

Bake chicken and ham for a quick and delicious dinner in under an hour!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated linguine
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine or apple juice
  • 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup cut-up fully cooked smoked ham
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped ( 1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare linguine according to package instructions.
  • Once the linguine is cooking, combine the soups, milk, and wine in an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Add linguine, chicken, ham, bell pepper, and olives, then top with cheese before serving.
  • Bake for about 35 minutes until hot and bubbly, then sprinkle with almonds before serving.
