Quick and easy 5-ingredient comforting main dish ready in 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed reduced-sodium cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 lb chicken breast tenders (not breaded)
  • 1 package (2.5 oz) thinly sliced smoked ham, coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease an 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the soup and sour cream. Place the chicken in a single layer in the baking dish, top with ham, and evenly spread the soup mixture over the top.
  • Bake for about 1 hour without covering until the chicken is fully cooked. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
