Quick and easy French-inspired casserole featuring chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, and canned soups.
Ingredients:
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 0.5 pound cubed ham steak
  • 1 cup crushed saltine crackers
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish, arrange the chicken breasts. Pour the soups over the chicken, then layer the ham on top. Sprinkle with cheese and cracker crumbs to finish.
  • Roast the chicken at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 50 minutes until fully cooked.
