Indulgent cheesy potato bake with layers of thinly sliced potatoes, savory ham, and a creamy sauce made with Campbell's® Cream of Celery Soup and Chicken Gravy, topped with melted Cheddar cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can Campbell's® Chicken Gravy
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 medium baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2.5 cups diced cooked ham
Instructions:
  • Mix together the soup, gravy, and milk in a bowl. Then, layer half of the potatoes, onion, ham, and soup mixture in a 13x9x2" shallow baking dish. Repeat the layers and cover.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Bake for 40 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for an extra 5 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
