Whip up a tasty casserole using leftover chicken, ham, noodles, veggies, and cheese for a versatile and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup cooked, cubed chicken breast meat
  • 0.5 cup cooked and cubed ham
  • 0.5 cup cooked wide egg noodles
  • 0.25 cup chopped celery
  • 3 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) for perfect baking results.
  • In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add flour and cook until bubbly. Gradually pour in the milk while stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
  • Take the mixture off the heat and gently fold in the chicken, ham, noodles, celery, salt, and pepper. Put everything into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese and paprika to your liking. Bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
