Savory ham and Swiss chicken casserole with creamy wine sauce and crispy stuffing topping.
Ingredients:
  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 8 slices ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup white wine
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (6 ounce) package herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish, then nestle the chicken breasts in. Add a layer of ham followed by a layer of cheese on top of each breast.
  • Mix together soup, sour cream, wine, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined. Pour over chicken/ham/cheese, then top with dry stuffing mix to cover.
  • Roast the chicken at 350°F (175°C) for roughly 30 minutes, until fully cooked and juices are clear.
