Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast meat
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips
Instructions:
  • Marinate the chicken breasts in a nonporous glass dish or bowl by drizzling melted butter or margarine over them and seasoning with salt and ground black pepper. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Place potato chip crumbs in a shallow dish. Coat chicken generously with crumbs, then transfer to a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Roast the chicken at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until the juices run clear.
