Ingredients:
  • 4 cups sour cream and onion-flavored potato chips, crushed (1 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)
Instructions:
  • Combine crushed potato chips and fresh parsley in one bowl for a flavorful crunch. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg and Worcestershire sauce for a savory coating.
  • Heat oil over gentle heat in a nonstick skillet. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with potato chip mixture.
  • Sear chicken in oil for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until beautifully golden and juices run clear when pierced at thickest part (170°F).
