Elevate your coleslaw with grapes, feta, and toasted pecans. Customize creaminess with extra mayo or Ranch dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (8.5 ounce) package coleslaw mix
  • 0.5 cup matchstick-style shredded carrots
  • 1.5 cups red grapes
  • 0.25 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions:
  • Toast pecans in a medium ungreased skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently until golden brown. Allow to cool before using.
  • Mix together coleslaw mix, carrots, grapes, pecans, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
  • Combine mayonnaise and Ranch dressing in a small bowl. Add sugar and mix until dissolved. Coat coleslaw mixture with the dressing. Serve right away or chill in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
