  • 0.33333334326744 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sugar, cocoa, and cornstarch. Gradually whisk in milk until mixture is smooth.
  • Microwave on high for 3 minutes until thick and shiny, stirring every minute. Add vanilla.
  • Cover the pudding with plastic wrap touching the surface to prevent skin formation. Chill in the refrigerator until cold. Serve and enjoy!
