Elevate salmon with hazelnuts, lemon, and rosemary for a delicious, quick meal.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
  • 0.5 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 cup chopped hazelnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and generously coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Lay the salmon on the baking sheet. Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth; then spread it on the salmon. Season each fillet with rosemary, salt, and pepper, and finish by topping each piece with hazelnuts.
  • Cook the dish in the oven that has been preheated until the fish can be easily flaked with a fork, for approximately 15 minutes.
