Indulgent hemp heart chocolate chip cookies with oats, granola, and graham cracker crumbs, perfect for dessert or breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup pumpkin granola
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 0.5 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup hemp hearts
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until a smooth paste forms.
  • In a small bowl, whisk eggs until fluffy. Mix into sugar until creamy using an electric mixer. Gradually add oats, graham cracker crumbs, hemp hearts, chocolate chips, and almond extract, beating well.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, ginger, and baking powder until well blended. Incorporate into the cookie dough, ensuring even distribution.
  • Spoon dough onto the lined baking sheet, leaving 2 inches of space between each dollop.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack before storing in a container.
