Wholesome oatmeal topped with fresh apple, hints of cinnamon, and a nutritious kick from hemp seeds and milk.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, diced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup hemp milk
  • 0.25 cup hemp seeds
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, bring water and apple cider to a boil. Stir in oats and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add apple, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Continue cooking gently until tender, about 3 minutes.
  • Take the oatmeal off the heat, pour in the hemp milk and hemp seeds, give it a good stir, and serve.
