Quick and flavorful omelet with fresh herbs and creamy brie, perfect for a refreshing start to your day.
Ingredients:
  • Dash pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 oz brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
Instructions:
  • In a mixing bowl, mix eggs, basil, parsley, thyme, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. Whisk thoroughly.
  • Preheat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Spray the skillet with nonstick cooking spray before pouring in the egg mixture.
  • Gently pour the egg mixture into a skillet and let it cook undisturbed until almost set. Lay cheese slices in the middle of the egg, then fold the sides over to enclose the cheese. Cover and cook for 1 to 2 minutes more until the cheese melts.
  • Enjoy while hot and fresh!
