Ingredients:
  • 62.50 ml fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped
  • 62.50 ml fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 40.00 ml fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp baby capers, drained, rinsed, chopped
  • 113.75 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
Instructions:
  • In a jug, mingle parsley, basil, chives, capers, oil, and lemon juice. Season generously with salt and pepper.
