Herb garden salad

Vibrant green salad bursting with bold flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 1000.00 ml baby wild rocket
  • 250.00 ml flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 125.00 ml chopped chives (cut into 2cm pieces)
  • 125.00 ml mixed fresh herb leaves (such as mint, tarragon, baby watercress and mustard cress)
  • 60ml olive oil
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • 7.20 gm honey
  • 1/4 tsp mustard powder
Instructions:
  • In a large serving bowl, layer the rocket and herbs. Combine the remaining ingredients in a jar with salt and pepper, then shake well. Just before serving, dress the salad leaves with the prepared dressing.
