Elevate your lamb with a garden-fresh herb marinade.
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666668653488 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons kosher salt, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary, or more to taste
  • 1 medium lemon, sliced
Instructions:
  • Drizzle olive oil into a 1-gallon (or larger) resealable bag. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then mix gently. Add oregano, mint, and parsley, and stir until evenly blended.
  • Place the lamb roast in the bag, ensuring the lamb chops are in a single layer. Lay rosemary sprigs and lemon slices on top. Remove excess air, seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, turning every hour for optimal flavor infusion.
  • Before cooking, elegantly discard the lemon slices and fragrant rosemary sprigs. Gently let the excess marinade slip away and personalize the lamb to your liking.
