Elevate your rice side dish with a burst of flavor from freshly chopped herbs.
Ingredients:
  • 500g basmati and wild rice blend
  • 40.00 ml roughly chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 40.00 ml roughly chopped coriander leaves
  • 40.00 ml snipped chives
Instructions:
  • Prepare fragrant rice in a spacious saucepan of vigorously boiling salty water following the instructions on the package. Once cooked, remove from heat, drain thoroughly, cover, and keep warm until serving time.
  • Before serving, combine the rice with flat-leaf parsley, coriander, and chives in a large bowl. Gently toss together and serve with chili and cornbread for a crowd.
